You send us

  • Emails to the Contact address
  • Correction notes, ticket photos, and the city or date you include
  • Comments, if comments are turned on

The site and hosts may log

  • IP address, browser type, device type
  • Pages viewed and the time of the visit
  • Referring URL

Cookies and similar tools

WordPress sets a cookie if you log in or leave a comment. RankMath and caching plugins may set functional cookies.

If Google Analytics, Search Console, ads, or an affiliate network is on, those vendors set their own cookies. Their policies apply to that data.

We do not sell your email list. We do not sell ticket photos as a product.

What we publish

If you send a ticket photo and ask for a correction, the fact may go on the page. Your name and email stay off the page unless you ask to be credited.

Do not send other people’s tickets or IDs.

How long we keep it

Contact mail: until the question is closed, then as long as needed for a later correction.
Server logs: whatever the host keeps by default.
Analytics: whatever that vendor’s retention setting is.

Who else sees it

  • The web host
  • Email provider
  • Analytics or ad vendors, only if those tools are installed

We do not hand your inbox to In-N-Out Burger.

Your choices

Email and ask what we hold on you. Email and ask us to delete a message you sent. Say no to non-essential cookies in your browser.

Search Console and ads have their own opt-outs.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 13. Do not send a child’s personal data.
