I write these pages. My name is Casey Holt. I am a food writer, not an In-N-Out employee. I do not speak for the company.

I order the builds in the store, keep the ticket, and write what actually landed in the tray.

You will not get a fake official menu, one national price presented as fact, or store hours copied as if this site runs the restaurants.

How I verify

Primary check is in the store. I say the order out loud, watch the screen, and look at the tray before I leave the lot.

For the Flying Dutchman guide I order the named item plain, then with whole grilled onions on the top and bottom. I photograph the tray. I keep the total when the store shows one. I note the city, the date, and counter vs drive-thru.

Price is a range. Calories for a Flying Dutchman are an estimate. In-N-Out does not publish that line. I start from the company’s published ingredient figures, then weigh that against the tray. If I have not ordered a variation myself, the page says that.

Other blogs can be a lead. They are not the source of record. The ticket is.

Independent

No store paid for a mention. Ads or affiliates, if they ever appear, will be marked. They will not change an order script or a calorie range.

Brand names belong to their owners. This site uses them to describe food sold at In-N-Out.
